Common Questions
Is the chemical safe for my grass and landscaping?
Plants and lawn areas near the work get pre-wet and rinsed afterward, which is the standard way to keep soft-wash chemical from sitting on foliage. Sensitive plantings can be flagged ahead of time for extra care.
Will pressure washing damage my roof?
Not with this method — roofs get a soft wash only, low pressure with the right chemical mix, never a direct high-pressure blast. High pressure on shingles strips the protective granules and can shorten roof life, so it's never used here.
Do I need to be home?
Not required for most exterior jobs as long as there's water access and the work area is clear — just mention it in your quote email if you won't be there.
How long does a typical job take?
A single-wide or double-wide house wash usually runs 1–3 hours depending on the service and condition; bundled jobs (siding + roof + driveway) take longer but happen in one visit instead of several.
What if it rains on my scheduled day?
Jobs get rescheduled for weather at no charge — chemical application and rinsing both work better in dry conditions anyway.
